Founded over a decade ago by Sherry Cadsawan, Talence Group is a boutique executive search firm that has placed hundreds of leaders across the globe.
While our roots are firmly grounded in search, we’ve expanded our consulting services to better meet the talent and organizational challenges our clients are facing in a rapidly-changing world.
We’ve grown our team to include experts in coaching, organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
